Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your hunting essentials to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our hunting gear like we stand behind our shots – with complete confidence. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations in the field, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cover Scents & Elk Scent products (opened or used)
- Food Attractants (due to their perishable nature)
- Face Camo products (for hygiene reasons)
- Hand & Foot Warmers (due to their single-use nature)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Include a note specifying the item you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the new item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
